Are you a client-focused leader with experience in print, promotional products, point-of-sale (POS), or marketing procurement? We're looking for an Associate Account Director to join our team and help drive strategic client partnerships, operational excellence, and business growth.

In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative marketing and procurement solutions while identifying opportunities to expand existing business.


What You'll Do

Client Leadership & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day strategic contact for client stakeholders, building trusted and lasting relationships.
  • Lead client meetings, business reviews, presentations, and planning sessions to discuss performance, strategy, and future opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client brands, business objectives, and market dynamics to deliver exceptional service and value.
  • Identify opportunities to improve procurement strategies, buying cycles, sustainability initiatives, and product innovation.
  • Drive account growth by expanding existing business relationships and exceeding commercial targets.
  • Champion innovative solutions that enhance client outcomes and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Project & Program Management

  • Oversee multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution from concept through delivery.
  • Anticipate challenges, proactively escalate risks, and develop practical solutions to keep projects moving forward.
  • Support sustainability initiatives by incorporating environmentally responsible practices into project planning and execution.

Creative & Brief Development

  • Partner with clients to translate campaign objectives and brand standards into clear, actionable briefs.
  • Review creative concepts, prototypes, and samples to ensure alignment with client expectations and project goals.
  • Provide strategic guidance throughout the development process to maintain quality and consistency.

Performance & Business Insights

  • Analyze financial performance, project metrics, and service-level agreements to ensure objectives are met.
  • Prepare and present business reviews, campaign results, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal leadership.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization and continued account growth.


What We're Looking For

  • 7 years of experience within a print, promotional products, point-of-sale (POS), marketing agency, or procurement outsourcing environment, supporting consumer packaged goods (CPG) or retail brands.
  • Strong knowledge of POS procurement, production, merchandising, or promotional marketing programs.
  • Previous leadership or people management experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing and growing client accounts while driving revenue and profitability.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, including marketing, procurement, operations, and supply chain.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
