Insite US is partnering with a well-established public accounting firm in New Jersey that is looking to add an experienced Audit Supervisor to its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated accounting professional to take on a leadership role while working with a diverse client portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise audit engagements from planning through completion.
- Review audit workpapers, financial statements, and supporting documentation.
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout engagements.
- Mentor and develop junior staff members.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, auditing standards, and firm methodologies.
- Identify opportunities to improve client processes and internal controls.
- Manage multiple engagements while meeting deadlines and budget expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4 years of public accounting experience, with significant audit experience.
- Previous experience supervising audit staff and managing engagements.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and auditing standards.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- CPA license preferred; EA (Enrolled Agent) credential will also be considered.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
