Insight Global's client is looking for a seasoned VP of Customer Experience to join their team. This role involves collaborating closely with the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) to design and implement a customer experience strategy for a Fortune 500 company, ensuring it aligns with the company's financial objectives. The VP will be responsible for creating a holistic customer experience strategy across the entire organization. Key responsibilities include working with leaders from various departments to understand customer preferences, generating detailed insights, and monitoring the progress of initiatives. The role requires leveraging data and feedback to enhance service delivery, advocating for innovative technologies, and promoting a customer-first culture. Additionally, the VP will support customer-centric governance, provide marketing teams with valuable customer insights, and identify unmet needs and future opportunities in the market. This position demands a strong strategic and people leader.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Over 10 years of experience in a leadership role focused on Customer Experience.
- Proven track record in developing and executing a comprehensive CX strategy.
- Experience managing and leading direct reports.
- Previous experience holding a VP or higher-level position.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Master's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
Salary : $220,000 - $230,000
