Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research: interviews, focus groups, shadowing, usability tests.
- Recruit participants, create screeners, and run concept tests.
- Analyze user stories and metrics (clicks, task completion) and combine qual quant insights.
- Deliver actionable findings and enable teams with templates and training.
Requirements:
- 5 years UX research in enterprise environments (finance a plus).
- Experience with focus groups, usability testing, and mixed methods.
- Ability to work solo and mentor others.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
