Insight Global is hiring for a UX Designer for a fortune 500 company. In this role you will dive deep into e-commerce funnels, analyzing user flows and identifying friction points to improve conversion and engagement. They will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business goals into intuitive user experiences. Their work will involve creating wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys, conducting usability testing, and leveraging data insights to inform design decisions. This person will actively participate in cross-functional meetings, ask thoughtful questions, and advocate for user-centric solutions while iterating quickly based on feedback. We are looking for someone who is curious, not afraid to explore new ideas, and continuously look for opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience. This is a 12-month ongoing contract and pays $60-$65hr.
Salary : $60 - $65
