Position: Talent Acquisitions Coordinator
- Can sit in Plantation, FL or Tempe, AZ
Pay Rate: $33-$35 Hourly Based on Experience

Must-Haves:
- 2-3 years of Talent Acquisition & Administrative experience
- Handling all Admin work for the TA Team (ie: Interview scheduling, Prescreening candidates, Reviewing resumes, Sorting through inbound applicants who apply on LinkedIn, Indeed, or the company website)
- Initiating background checks (experience with Sterling Background Check company is a plus!)
- Scheduling interviews with candidates / creating offer letters for new hires / extending offers to candidates
- ATS (applicant tracking system) experience: Taleo, Workday, Avature, Oracle, Peoplesoft, etc.
- Strong experience with the MS Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills & Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Prior Recruiting and/or Sourcing experience
Day to Day:
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will function as a Sr. Admin of the Talent Acquisition Team — You will be handling candidate Interview scheduling, Prescreening candidates, Reviewing resumes, Sorting through inbound applicants who apply on LinkedIn, Indeed, or the company website, Initiating background checks, etc. You will be working closely with the Hiring Manager, TA Team, and the HR Team on a daily basis.
Salary : $33 - $35
