Position: Talent Acqusition Coordinator
Hybrid Remote (Tempe, AZ)
Pay Rate: $30-34 Hourly

Must-Haves:
- 2-3 years of Talent Acquisition & Administrative experience
- Handling all Admin work for the TA Team (ie: Interview scheduling, Prescreening candidates, Reviewing resumes, Sorting through inbound applicants who apply on LinkedIn, Indeed, or the company website)
- Initiating background checks (experience with Sterling BG is a plus!)
- Scheduling interviews with candidates / creating offer letters for new hires / extending offers to candidates
- ATS (applicant tracking system) experience: Taleo, Workday, Avature, Oracle, Peoplesoft, etc.
- Strong experience with the MS Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills & Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Plusses:
- Bilingual as a plus!! (Spanish/English)
- Avature ATS experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business
Day to Day:
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will function as a Sr. Admin of the Talent Acquisition Team — You will be handling candidate Interview scheduling, prescreening candidates, Reviewing resumes, Sorting through inbound applicants who apply on LinkedIn, Indeed, or the company website, Initiating background checks, etc. You will be working closely with the TA Team and the HR Team on a daily basis. ***Hands-on recruiting/sourcing experience is NOT required for this position***
Salary : $30 - $34
