Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to temporarily cover the role of Supply Chain Project Manager during a leave. This position will ensure continuity of key projects, team coordination, and process governance within the Supply Chain organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in project management, and the ability to collaborate across global and local teams.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Communication
- Update and share NAG Monthly Summary Projects Report.
- Update Service Level Team Dashboard.
- Update NA Project Tracker with interdependent reports on a weekly basis.
- Share Quarterly Logistics Alerts.
- Share Quarterly Executive Summary
Operational Responsibilities
- Supply Chain Project Manager for Canadian Aquaphor, Elastoplast, and Coppertone portfolios.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in supply chain or project management.
- Experience in CPG industry preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in project tracking tools and MS Office Suite.
