Title: Financial Services Sr. Sales Executive (Financial Services VP of Sales)
Location: Tampa, FL - Camas, WA or Plano, TX – Fully onsite
Base Salary: 100K year 1, 75K year 2, Full Commission year 3
On Target Total Comp: 175-250K year 1, 200-400K year 2, 250-700K year 3 and beyond (ability to make 7 figures)
Work Authorization: Must be able to work Full Time on a W2
Must-haves
- Verified track record of success in a financial services sales capacity
- 3 years of experience in Financial Services Sales - bringing in net new AUM (Assets under Management)
- Currently hold SIE or any FINRA Certification (Series 65, 7, 63, etc)
- Be able to quantify sales success in terms of quota attainment, presidents clubs, etc
- Candidates that are in HUNTER sales roles, not looking for inside sales
- Experience with high activity, outbound cold calling
- Must be ok with getting their Series 65 within their first few months on the job - preferred if they already have it

Day-to-Day
Insight Global is looking for a Financial Services VP of Sales to join their team. This is a hunter sales role. Working through Salesforce CRM, making 150-200 dials a day to leads provided to them by the clients marketing team. Setting the initial meeting and taking clients through the full sales cycle, closing the deal then passing off to service department. This role is going after new business only.
