Service Operations Specialist

Must Haves-

• 3 years of experience in project coordination or project management support roles.
• Direct experience supporting hardware at scale.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Familiarity with Oracle software

Plusses-

• Experience coordinating hardware installations and upgrades.
• Background in working with third-party vendors for cost and invoicing processes.
• Understanding of sales order workflows and post-sales support.

We are seeking a Service Operations Specialist to join our team in Austin, TX. This role focuses on supporting hardware post-sales processes, coordinating multiple small projects, and ensuring accurate data management for installations and upgrades. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales, technical teams, and third-party vendors to deliver seamless hardware support and customer satisfaction.

Day to Day:

• Provide post-sales support for all hardware sales, including downgrades and upgrades.
• Collaborate with sales teams, technical teams, and application engineers to coordinate delivery and execution plans.
• Manage administrative access and ensure accurate data for installed hardware.
• Own the process for replacing parts and reporting failures from start to finish.
• Handle non-warranted support requests and coordinate with third-party vendors for cost gathering and invoicing.
• Monitor sales orders as they are booked and communicate upcoming deliveries to stakeholders.
• Investigate and proactively identify issues, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
• Support multiple small projects, primarily in the Pacific Northwest and Bay Area regions.
