This role requires a strategic leader who can own the integration plan, drive execution, and speak with authority across business and IT stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in M&A programs, strong IT domain knowledge, and a proven track record of delivering complex integrations.
About the Role
This role involves leading critical workstreams within our Integration Management Office (IMO) and requires a strategic leader who can own the integration plan and drive execution.
Responsibilities
- Own and build the integration plan for IT workstreams, ensuring alignment with overall IMO strategy.
- Lead end-to-end integration activities across:
Go-To-Market (GTM)
Finance
HR/Legal applications
AI initiatives
Change management
Contract negotiations
Cybersecurity integrations
- Drive significant coordination across a large IT organization (100 team members) and business/product teams.
- Schedule and manage workshops, prepare materials, and ensure readiness for key milestones.
- Provide regular status updates to IT leadership and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Act as the authoritative voice of the IMO within IT streams, influencing decisions and mitigating risks.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and gaps in integration execution.
- Ensure data migration planning and execution is managed effectively.
- Collaborate with external partners (e.g., PwC) running IMO at the company level.
- Transition from Google Sheets-based tracking to more robust tools/processes as needed.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in Program Management with a focus on M&A integrations.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale IT integrations across multiple domains.
- Working in an IMO environment
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in:
- GTM and Finance (highest priority)
- Change management and contract negotiations
- IT domain experience with ability to manage technical integrations.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills; able to speak with authority and influence leadership.
- Experience working across global time zones and managing distributed teams.
- Ability to deliver under tight timelines and manage complex dependencies.
- Comfortable with hands-on execution and strategic planning.

Pay range and compensation package
$120/hour - 6-9 month contract with possibility of extensions/conversions
