Senior Payroll Manager
Location: Tempe, AZ 85284 - on-site 5 days/week
Duration: Permanent
Salary: $125K - $140K 15% end of year bonus
Must Haves:
- 10 years of experience in payroll management
- 5 years of experience in leading a team of payroll professionals
- Experience with payroll with a multi-state company; both exempt and non-exempt workforces
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices
- Experience working with Workday as a payroll software/system
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Plusses:
- Experience working in a retail industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
