To ensure timely and accurate processing of Weekly and Bi-weekly payroll using UKG Payroll system.
Essential Duties:
Bachelor’s (B.A./B.S.) in Business or related discipline and two to four years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Essential Duties:
- Full processing and management of the Company payroll processes; weekly and bi-weekly payroll for approximately 30,000 employees.
- Oversee the payroll invoicing process as it relates to the Company’s managed properties.
- Effectively manage transitions in and out of the Company’s portfolio.
- Work with Payroll Director and BSD team on system issues.
- Generate ad hoc and custom reports on a monthly basis for the accounting team.
- Manages the payroll team, working with the Payroll Supervisor to balance workload, ensuring timely completion of work with minimal overtime.
- Develops staffing plans and establishes work schedules; prioritizes team workload to maintain service levels.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Manages and reports on key performance indicators and metrics.
- Maintains a high level of knowledge and expertise in current applicable payroll laws and regulations. Networks with peers and seeks to be informed about emerging trends and issues, best practices, etc.
