Job Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the entire payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax laws, updating procedures as necessary.
Coordinate with accounting and finance teams to reconcile payroll accounts and prepare payroll reports for management review.
Implement and maintain payroll systems and software to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues, resolving discrepancies promptly and professionally.
Lead payroll audits and collaborate with external auditors to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.

Knowledge
