Senior Compensation Analyst

Requirements / Must-Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• 5 years of Compensation or Total Rewards experience within a large corporate or multinational environment
• Experience with compensation analysis, market pricing, salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and compensation structures
• Strong compensation reporting, dashboards, workforce analytics, cost modeling, and data-driven decision-making experience
• Advanced Excel skills with experience working in HRIS systems and large datasets
• Experience supporting annual compensation programs and partnering with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders on compensation recommendations
• Experience utilizing compensation survey data from vendors such as Mercer, Radford, or WTW to support pay decisions and market competitiveness

Day-to-Day

• Conduct market pricing and compensation benchmarking analyses to support pay decisions and hiring activities
• Evaluate positions, review job descriptions, and determine appropriate compensation recommendations and organizational levels
• Support annual compensation programs including salary, bonus, and equity planning processes
• Analyze compensation, workforce, and market data to identify trends and provide business insights
• Develop and maintain compensation reports, dashboards, analytical tools, and financial models
• Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to provide compensation guidance and recommendations
• Maintain salary structures, pay grades, compensation workflows, and administration processes
• Participate in compensation surveys and research market trends and best practices
• Support compensation governance, pay equity reviews, audits, and compliance activities
• Help improve compensation processes, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiency across the organization

Job Description

This individual will be responsible for compensation analysis, market pricing, salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and supporting compensation programs that help attract and retain talent while maintaining market competitiveness and internal equity. The ideal candidate will have a strong Compensation or Total Rewards background, advanced Excel skills, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to provide consultative compensation recommendations to HR and business leaders. This role is highly analytical and requires strong stakeholder partnership, reporting, and compensation planning experience.
