Job Description

We’re seeking a developer‑minded, Technical BSA to own requirements and documentation for complex, back‑end integration projects—no UI work. You’ll translate business needs into developer‑ready specifications, define API contracts and data flows (Swagger), map data feeds, pressure‑test edge cases, and ensure every scenario is accounted for before code ships. You’ll drive Stage Gate 2 & 3 deliverables through leadership reviews and partner closely with developers, QA, BAs, and release managers across multiple agile teams—authoring precise user stories, documenting sequence diagrams, coordinating monthly releases, and raising risks to leadership when needed. Success in this role requires proactive, consistent, and clear communication. You’ll be navigating multiple dependencies and cross‑functional teams, so speaking up early, asking clarifying questions, and confidently responding when leadership prompts for updates are essential to keeping work on track and preventing surprises.
