Job Description
A large Automotive client is seeking a BSA to join their growing team. In this role, this individual will apply empirical product‑planning techniques to help the Scrum team maximize product value, guiding the team toward delivering software that is both useful and meaningful to the business. This individual will gather and document detailed business and technical requirements and will translate them into clear user stories, process flows, wireframes, and other technical specifications. This person will manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring items are well‑ordered, fully understood, feasible within a sprint, independent of external blockers, and aligned with the team’s definition of done. The ideal candidate will actively participate in all Scrum ceremonies—especially Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective—and will take the lead in hosting and facilitating the Sprint Review. This individual will immerse in broader organizational strategy, including planning, marketing, product direction, and cross‑functional decision‑making. One will communicate a clear and achievable product vision, collaborate with stakeholders to balance competing priorities, and forecast delivery timelines by understanding team capacity, historical performance, and backlog complexity. This individual will maintain a centralized, version‑controlled repository of documentation and technical artifacts and will work closely with developers and architects to validate feasibility and ensure alignment with system capabilities.
Salary : $100,000 - $145,000
