Job Description:
One of Insight Global’s top clients within the FinTech Industry is looking for a Sr. Account Manager to sit on site in Manhattan, NYC five days a week. This fintech company partners with over 130 financial institution to provide a data-driven platform to help strengthen Credit Unions – most importantly, their relationships with all members. The Sr. Account Manager will work alongside the leadership team to build relationships and drive meaningful growth through this platform. This pereson will be responsible for the customer success, owning the client relationship from the moment they sign to contract renewal. Additional Job responsibilities include creating product demos, hosting meetings, gathering feedback, and creating a selling strategy to upsell and increase platform adoption.
Must haves
- 4 years of experience managing and upselling to clients
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Ability to strategize their own book of business
- Hands on experience building post sale processes
- Thrives in in ambiguity and proactive

Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
