Insight Global is seeking a Security Project Manager to lead global security system projects from planning through completion. This role ensures projects meet timelines, budgets, and compliance standards while delivering effective security solutions such as surveillance, access control, and alarm systems. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and manufacturers to implement systems that protect people, assets, and facilities worldwide.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor multiple security projects globally.
- Define project scope, timelines, and budgets; manage risks and resources.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
- Ensure installations meet Boston Scientific standards and industry compliance.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions quickly.
- Interpret blueprints and technical documents for accurate execution.
- Communicate effectively across teams using virtual collaboration tools.
- Complete project closeout and handover processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 6–8 years of experience (MS degree requires 4 years).
- Minimum 4 years of project management experience.
- Hands-on experience with security systems (surveillance, access control, alarm systems).
- Strong risk management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to develop processes and best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours based on project needs.
- Proficiency in virtual communication tools (cloud, chat, video conferencing).
- Understanding of network connectivity and software troubleshooting.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and project documents.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Certification (PMP or similar).
- Extensive experience in the security industry.
- Security system design or administration experience.
- Factory certifications in LenelS2, Milestone, or similar platforms.
