Sales Specialist

• Visit 8–12 beauty and wellness businesses daily (salons, spas, barbershops, med spas, nail studios, massage therapists, etc.)
• Build instant rapport with business owners and decision-makers through warm, in-person conversations
• Identify current marketing challenges and pain points
• Pitch the value of a free demo with our product specialists
• Schedule qualified demo appointments (target: 4 booked demos per day)
• Accurately log all visits and outcomes in our CRM system
• Hand off scheduled demos to our Account Executive team for virtual presentations
• Represent Insight Global and Zoca professionally in the market

Required

• 1 years of experience in door-to-door sales, field sales, or retail sales
• Confident, outgoing personality—you genuinely enjoy talking to strangers
• Comfortable with rejection and resilient in the face of “no”
• Smartphone proficiency for CRM logging and scheduling
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

• Experience in or familiarity with the beauty/wellness industry
• Existing relationships with local business owners
• Background in B2B sales or lead generation
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
