Sales Development Representative (SDR)
$80K base $24K incentive bonuses

We’re looking for passionate, creative, and driven early-career professionals to join our team as Sales Development Representatives. This is a foundational role focused on opening doors, creating opportunities, and helping us break into key accounts. Success in this role requires resilience, curiosity, creativity, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Research and identify new business opportunities using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and social media.
• Creative Outreach: Use phone, email, social selling, and AI-driven techniques to connect with prospects in unique and impactful ways.
• Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, assess fit, and educate them on our value proposition.
• Appointment Setting: Secure discovery calls and meetings between qualified leads and Account Executives.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) to track leads, activity, and progress.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with Account Executives and Marketing to align targeting, messaging, and campaign execution.
