Required Skills & Experience
-Direct all data collection activities and schedule operator shifts across multiple locations and workflows.
- Manage all operator human resources tasks, including reviewing/approving timecards and processing time-off requests.
- Monitor equipment performance and serve as the primary liaison between the operator team and the engineering/technician support staff.
-Ensure high data quality by tracking collection metrics for performance management and conducting proactive data audits to resolve errors.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and initiative.
- Demonstrated team leadership experience.
