What are the responsibilities and job description for the Remote Organizational Design Consultant position at Insight Global?
Insight Global is searching for a Remote Organizational Design Consultant to partner with executive leadership in evaluating, redesigning, and optimizing organizational structures across a large enterprise environment. This role will start as a 5 month contract but will have the opportunity for extension and candidates must be willing to work 8am-5pm ALASKA DAYLIGHT TIME. This individual will lead organizational effectiveness initiatives, support workforce transformation efforts, and develop recommendations that improve efficiency, streamline operations, and align people strategy with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess current organizational structures and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability.
- Lead organizational design and restructuring initiatives across multiple business functions.
- Evaluate reporting relationships, management layers, spans of control, and workforce distribution to drive organizational optimization.
- Partner with CHRO, executive leaders, and business stakeholders to develop future-state organizational models.
- Facilitate workforce planning discussions and organizational effectiveness assessments.
- Develop recommendations regarding team structures, role alignment, resource allocation, and operating models.
- Utilize data and workforce analytics to identify trends, organizational risks, and improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 5 years of dedicated Organizational Design, Organization Effectiveness or Development experience.
- Experience leading organizational redesign efforts within companies of 5,000-10,000 employees.
- Proven experience supporting enterprise-wide reorganizations, restructuring initiatives, and workforce optimization projects.
Salary : $35 - $45
