Day to day:
A client of Insight Global’s is looking for a Remote Inside Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will make outbound calls using Dynamics 365 CRM to introduce our client's services and schedule appointments for sales representatives. You must have strong customer service skills and be able to communicate with stakeholders. You must have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a flexible remote environment. You will work with a team of other sales representatives and communicate with Account Managers as well. Responsibilities include making approximately 200 calls per day, following scripts provided, and accurately recording interactions in Dynamics 365. This is a remote, part-time position (20–30 hours/week) with a flexible schedule.
