Position Summary
The Inside Sales Support Associate is a critical business partner for our most complex customers and the unique variables that these customers require. In addition to understanding and executing customer-specific requirements, the Inside Sales Specialists work in partnership with the sales team to ensure we meet the customers’ needs.

Essential Duties
- Quote and order processing.
- Direct customer communication – inbound and outbound.
- Monitor ordering for on-time delivery based on agreed customer expectations.
- Partnership with Sales Team to ensure long term account planning activities.
- Partnership with sales.
- Technical consultation.
- Forecasting of inventory purchases.
- Vendor Managed Inventory reviews.
- Engagement with Engineering Solutions as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities
- High School Diploma or beyond.
- 3 years of sales and/or account management experience.
- Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Excel, etc.), ERP Systems, and CRM Knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 years of customer success or customer service experience.
- Knowledge of fluid power systems.
- Fluid power systems training/certifications.
- Knowledge of the MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) industry.
