Product Acceptance Specialist / Quality Inspector 2
Our client is hiring 10 Product Acceptance Specialists / Quality Inspectors for an 8-month contract (potential for hire/extension) at their Miami, FL location. This is a fully onsite, first-shift role (7–8 AM start, 3–4 PM end) with possible overtime.
Pay Rate: $28-32/hour
Must-Haves:
- 2 years of inspection experience (calipers, ring/pin gauges, comparators, Smart Scope)
- QA inspection methods, including First Article Inspection
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel)
- Familiarity with dimensional/visual inspections per design records and AQL levels
- Ability to review/disposition certification docs to meet AS9100 and company standards
Plusses:
- Aerospace inspection experience
- Knowledge of AS9100
- Experience mentoring inspection teams
- Customer Designated Supplier Quality Rep Stamp for 3 customers
Responsibilities:
- Verify product conformance to design requirements
- Perform auditing, surveillance, and monitoring
- Identify/document discrepancies; control non-conforming items
- Inspect incoming/outgoing parts and verify certifications
- Use inspection tools daily
- Conduct product reviews with customers
- Review/disposition certification documentation for traceability
