Position Overview
One of our Defense clients in Melbourne, FL is looking to hire a Project Coordinator for an upcoming 12 month contract. This person will provide critical support to the Deployment Maintenance Team, ensuring the successful implementation of equipment and service deliverables for the customer’s network infrastructure. This role requires managing tasks from initiation to completion while collaborating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret maintenance requests submitted through internal systems.
- Coordinate with the engineering team to facilitate rack creation and configuration activities.
- Oversee the return of completed racks from engineering and initiate scheduling by creating service tickets for field technicians.
- Ensure timely dispatch of technicians to communications towers for repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail and uphold high standards of accuracy throughout all processes.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration across multiple teams to achieve project objectives.
