One of Insight Global's Defense Contracting clients is looking to hire a Maintenance Response Engineer to join their team in Melbourne FL. The Maintenance Response Engineer will be supporting deployment maintenance team activities required to implement equipment and services deliverables for the customers Network. The selected candidate will collaborate with internal and external team and work independently on projects from start to finish. They will receive maintenance requests in an internal tool and after reading/ understanding the request they will transfer it to the engineering team for them to create racks/ read the configurations. They will then receive the racks back from engineering and create tickets to schedule technicians out to communications towers to get the requests repaired. This position requires extensive attention to detail and being comfortable collaborating with multiple internal and external teams.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
3 years of experience with project coordination
Ability to coordinate complex operations across multiple teams
Key attention to detail
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Prior experience supporting deployment engineering teams
Experience in Defense Contracting Space
