This is a permanent, full-time role working directly for Insight Global, where you'll be leading a portfolio of professional services projects that we run for an external client. You will be responsible for managing our consulting teams and managing the ongoing delivery relationship with this Utilities client.

About This Role:
The Program Manager oversees operational and quality delivery of the projects within their portfolio . This position ensures effective project design and execution while fostering strategic relationships . Manages employees focused on strategic, business and action plans to achieve specified goals and objectives.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and oversee Project Management, Project Controls and Scheduling initiatives across multiple concurrent projects.
- Manage program - and portfolio -level utility construction efforts from planning through closeout.
- Direct and support cross -functional teams, including land planners, engineering design, mapping, etc.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking across programs and portfolios.
- Ensure compliance with permitting, regulatory requirements, easements, and land rights processes.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement, including regulatory agencies and interagency partners.
- Drive end -to-end project execution processes .
- Maintain alignment across multiple active projects to ensure delivery timelines and financial targets are met.
- *Goal is 50% Program Management / 50% People Management
- *People -leader *Direct reports may include Project Managers & Project controls analysts, Project Schedulers, etc.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- 6β8 years of experience in Utility Project and/or program or portfolio management.
- Industry familiarity with current programmatic priorities.
- Demonstrated experience managing program or portfolio-level financials, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost tracking.
- Proven ability to lead and develop cross -functional teams.
Strong understanding of:
- Land Planning
- Engineering Design
- Permitting and regulatory compliance
- Project Closeout
- Stakeholder coordination
Preferred Qualifications
- PMI certification (PMP or PgMP).
- Direct management experience of project managers and/or coordinators.
- Experience overseeing multi -project portfolios with concurrent initiatives.
- Advanced experience with program and portfolio-level financial management.
- Background in system hardening, major projects, etc.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
