Schedule: Monday-Friday, Core Business HoursAbout the OpportunityWe are seeking a strategic and executive-facing Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide People Insights and Coworker Listening Strategy initiatives. This role will drive Voice of the Employee (VoE) programs, align coworker and customer insights (CX2), and translate listening into measurable cultural transformation.The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in executive communications, industrial/organizational psychology, strategic listening frameworks, and enterprise survey strategy.Department OverviewThe Organizational Culture team drives the Coworker at the Heart (CATH) strategy—aligning behaviors, competencies, and execution across the enterprise. Key focus areas include:

- Voice of the Coworker (VoC) programs
- Enterprise survey strategy tied to the CEO scorecard
- Own strategy and governance of enterprise listening ecosystem (Annual Survey, Pulse/Heartbeat, Always On, Moments that Matter)
- Align coworker and customer listening to deliver integrated insights
- Define operational standards for survey deployment and activation
- Translate survey feedback into executive-ready dashboards and action frameworks
- Develop post-survey toolkits, action guides, and engagement planning templates
- Drive measurement frameworks to track listening-to-action progress
- Manage vendor partnerships (e.g., Medallia), including scoping, contracts, and performance oversight
- Lead survey design, testing, deployment, and communications
- Ensure alignment with enterprise values, branding, and cultural priorities
- Serve as strategic advisor to senior leaders and HR Business Partners
- Partner across EX, CX, DEIB, and enterprise culture strategy
- Drive continuous improvement of listening processes and workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Data Analytics, Business, or related field
- 8 years of experience in employee listening, people analytics, EX/CX strategy, or organizational effectiveness
- Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise survey programs
- Experience managing enterprise-level vendor partnerships
- Expertise in survey design (qualitative & quantitative methodologies)
- High proficiency in tools such as Medallia, Qualtrics, Power BI, or Tableau
- Strong strategic planning and roadmap development capabilities
- Ability to translate data into actionable executive insights
- Exceptional executive communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong partnership experience with HR Business Partners
- Ability to move organizations from listening → action → measurable progress
- Master’s degree in related field
- Background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology
- Experience in change management or continuous improvement environments
- Familiarity with Lean and Agile methodologies
- Experience in unionized or operationally complex organizations
- Measurable impact on CEO scorecard-related survey initiatives
- Improved listening system maturity and activation outcomes
