Key Responsibilities:
Capital Portfolio Management
- Oversee the company’s capital projects portfolio.
- Support capital budgeting and monitor federal and state permit fees.
Project Coordination
- Develop cost estimates and allocate resources effectively.
- Assign tasks to land agents and coordinate with the Project Management Office (PMO).
Land Rights Expertise
- Apply foundational knowledge of land rights to guide project execution.
Workflow Management
- Serve as the central liaison between Land Agents (property-related tasks) and the PMO (project execution).
- Determine task ownership and ensure smooth workflow for each project.
Requirements
- 5 years of progressive experience in business operations, business systems, or database design and management.
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree required.
