JOB DESCRIPTION
A client of insight global is seeking an experienced Production Planner who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. This is not your typical 9–5 job—you’ll need to hit the ground running and adapt quickly to changing priorities. If you’re comfortable “drinking from the fire hose” and have a proven track record of turning operations around, we want to hear from you.
Compensation: $70,000to $90,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing production planning.
- Strong proficiency in MRP and ERP systems.
- Advanced computer skills and ability to work with digital tools.
- Demonstrated success in high-volume environments.
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Excellent soft skills: strong personality, even temperament, and collaborative approach.
