Production Manager

We are looking for a Production Manager for a well-established, privately held industrial manufacturer in Duluth, GA. This role will oversee daily production, warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations while guiding a small team through process stabilization and workflow improvements. You’ll have meaningful ownership in operations, ISO compliance, and production scheduling.

Job Logistics

Shifts / Hours: 8am–5pm (hourly workers leave at 4:30pm)

Location: Duluth, GA

Work model (onsite/hybrid/remote): Onsite

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage daily production, assembly, shipping, and receiving

• Lead a team of 5 full-time and 1 part‑time employee

• Coordinate production scheduling and prioritization

• Support ISO compliance and related documentation

• Partner with accounting and inventory using QuickBooks

• Identify workflow gaps and drive improvements

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 years of production or operations management

• Working knowledge of accounting software (ex: QuickBooks)

• Strong Excel skills

• Experience with ISO 9000 compliance

• Ability to lead people in a hands-on, small-company setting

• Industrial or mechanical manufacturing background

PLUSSES:

•Working knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software

Compensation: $75,000 to $85,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
