Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to work fully on-site in Stoughton, MA supporting one of our large healthcare clients with mail processing, data entry, and patient eligibility duties. The ideal candidate will receive, sort, prepare, and send mail related to financial assistance applications and supporting documentation. They will ensure timely and accurate handling of sensitive information that directly impacts patient eligibility, case processing, and overall service quality while maintaining high standards of HIPPA practices, confidentiality, accuracy, and organization to support smooth operations within the Financial Assistance department. This individual will proactively grow the specialty pharmacy patient population by identifying patients that are eligible to fill with a client partner pharmacy, complete patient benefits investigations, and protect the client's values by keeping information confidential.
