  • Process, review, and approve intercompany orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all pricing, quantities, and shipping details are correct.
  • Coordinate with internal branches, distribution centers, and business units to resolve order discrepancies, inventory issues, and delivery concerns.
  • Monitor order status from entry through fulfillment and proactively communicate delays or exceptions to relevant stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying recurring order issues and recommending process enhancements to improve accuracy and turnaround time.

MUST HAVE

  • Basic Microsoft Suite experience
  • Experience in order entry
  • High School Diploma/GED
