Digital Moderator

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking Digital Moderators to support a large-scale data collection project with our client. Moderators will oversee participant sessions, assist with technology and device troubleshooting, ensure compliance with project procedures, and help maintain a positive participant experience throughout the study.

Responsibilities

• Brief participants on study tasks, session expectations, and quality standards.

• Prepare, reset, and organize recording environments before and between sessions.

• Coordinate daily participant activities and ensure sessions run smoothly.

• Support participants using VR headsets and other technology.

• Troubleshoot device and mobile application issues as needed.

• Follow and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Assist with device distribution, collection, inventory tracking, and secure storage.

• Maintain a high level of quality control throughout the study.

• Communicate effectively with participants and project leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Comfortable learning new technology and software applications.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in customer service, operations, training, event coordination, technical support, or related fields preferred.

• Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite throughout the engagement.

• Past experience working on a Data Collection project

Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm
