Position Summary
The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining safety programs across active construction sites. This role ensures compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety standards, and client requirements while fostering a proactive safety culture. The EHS Manager will conduct site inspections, investigate incidents, deliver safety training, and partner with project teams to minimize risk and maintain a safe work environment for all personnel.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10 years of full-time construction safety experience and OSHA 500 Certification
- 5 years of construction experience and a degree in a safety-related field
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) with 2 years of construction experience.
Additional Requirements for EHS Coordinators
- 3 years of full-time construction safety experience.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification.
Compensation:
$50/hr to $65/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Salary : $10,000 - $125,000
