We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of a growing small business. You will work closely with the business owner to ensure smooth operations across marketing, administrative tasks, and general business support.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Administration
- Manage daily business operations and ensure processes run efficiently.
- Handle scheduling, vendor coordination, and inventory management.
- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reporting.
Marketing Support
- Help execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other channels.
- Create and manage content calendars and assist with basic graphic design or copywriting.
- Track marketing performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
Owner Support
- Act as a trusted partner to the business owner, providing administrative and strategic support.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks to drive business growth.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, social media platforms).

The compensation for this role is between $24 - $40 per hour depending on experience and skill sets. You will also be required to be on-site 5 days a week in Winston Salem, NC 27101.
