Operational Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team in Tacoma, WA. In this role, you will support the billing department by handling a variety of financial and operational tasks. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in SAP and Excel, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run financial reports using Power BI and Excel to support billing operations.
• Export and manipulate data from SAP into Excel for analysis and reporting.
• Execute SAP variants and review invoicing transactions for accuracy.
• Manage incoming mail and ensure proper distribution to department locations.
• Review third-party invoices for completeness and accuracy.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as needed to support the billing team.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience using SAP, ideally for invoicing, running variants, and processing billing transactions.
• 1 year of experience with Excel, including exporting data, performing V-lookups, and sorting/filtering.
• 6 months of experience with billing and invoice review.

Pay:

$22hr - $26
