JOB DESCRIPTIONInsight Global is seeking an NPI Operations Manager. Your responsibilities will include leading high-visibility new product introduction (NPI) programs from prototype through production ramp. You’ll be the operational driver ensuring cross-functional alignment, manufacturing readiness, and timely delivery of customer-driven hardware programs.What You’ll Do- Own end-to-end NPI execution across 5 product cycles, from build readiness to mass production.- Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Validation, Product Management, Manufacturing, and external partners (CMs, ODMs/JDMs).- Drive weekly NPI meetings, phase gate reviews, and program updates.- Manage prototype builds, track progress, and resolve manufacturing issues.- Monitor yields and implement defect resolution strategies during NPI builds.- Develop and maintain build schedules aligned with product development milestones.- Provide risk assessments and mitigation plans to stakeholders.- Support ongoing manufacturing operations and sustaining activities.- Identify and implement process improvements across product development and operations.
