Day To Day:
An employer is looking for a Patient Access Representative within a call center environment in the Beverly Hills, CA area. This person will be responsible for handling about 50 calls per day for multiple primary care offices across Southern California. The job responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering phones, triaging patients, providing directions/parking instructions, contacting clinic facility to notify if a patient is running late, scheduling and rescheduling patients' appointments, verifying insurances, and assisting with referrals/follow-up care. This position is fully on-site until fully trained and passing multiple assessments (typically around 3 months of working - depending on performance) where it will then go remote. Training shifts at 8:00am - 5:00pm. After training this person must be able to work any shifts between 7am-7pm Monday-Friday.
**This positon will be full remote AFTER the 3 month onsite training period!**
**This is starting as a 6-month contract with high likelihood to convert FTE/extend**
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
