Job Title: Warehouse Material Coordinator

Pay Rate: $25.00- $30.00/hr

Contract Length: 3-month contract (strong potential for extension)

Shift: Multiple shifts – rotating 8-hour schedule

About the Opportunity:

Stanford Health Care is actively hiring Warehouse Coordinators to support operations following a recent medical supply warehouse fire. As a result, inventory and logistics operations are being redistributed, creating immediate openings on the team. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a highly respected healthcare organization while contributing to a critical supply chain function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and onto delivery vehicles
• Store products in designated locations and maintain organized inventory areas
• Update inventory/location tracking systems to ensure accuracy
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage, discrepancies, or quality issues
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, compliant work environment

Required Qualifications:

• Valid forklift certification with hands-on experience
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience
• Experience operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with inventory systems
• Background check and drug test required

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
