Maintenance Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a hands-on and driven Maintenance Group Lead to oversee machining operations across a full production floor, encompassing two specialized departments. This role will lead a team of six skilled trades professionals: three electrical and three mechanical, ensuring smooth operations, timely updates, and execution of preventative maintenance plans. The Maintenance Group Lead will be responsible for maintaining high performance and safety standards, managing timekeeping and payroll accuracy, and driving accountability across the team. This position requires a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is committed to operational excellence. This is a full-time role, typically working Monday through Saturday, averaging around 45 hours per week.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience (managing 5 people)
• High volume manufacturing environment Experience supervising in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Technical electrical and mechanical maintenance aptitude
• Strong safety experience - ensuring a culture of safety and compliance across all maintenance operations
