JOB DESCRIPTIONInsight Global is seeking to hire a LVN/LPN (Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our Crisis Stabilization Unit and residential program supporting youth in crisis. RESPONSIBILITIES:- Work closely with RN Supervisor to deliver high quality care. - Provide direct support and supervision to youth in crisis stabilization and residential settings.- Administer medications and monitor for side effects.- Address medical, physical and dental needs, complete intake screenings.- Support behavioral health plans and wellness initiatives.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.Maintain accurate documentation and comply with health and safety standards.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- LVN or LPN license OR Psychiatric Technician certification- Graduate of an accredited nursing program. 2 years of experience in a clinical or behavioral health setting.NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- Bilingual (English & Spanish)- Experience working with pediatric young or teens.- CPR certification- First Aid certificationCOMPENSATION- $38/hr plus $500 sign on
