The Investment Banking Analyst will partner closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders to support strategic decision‑making across non‑revenue‑generating business units. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical foundation, experience from investment banking or management consulting, and the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, compelling insights for executive audiences.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 years of professional experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related analytical role.
- Strong foundational knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related quantitative field.
- Demonstrated strong numerical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to or supporting senior leadership.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in team‑based environments while also operating independently when needed.
- Strong project and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Nice‑to‑Have Skills & Experience
- Background in Accounting or experience working closely with accounting teams.
- Prior experience within a large investment management, asset management, or financial services firm.
