What You'll Do
- Lead buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions from strategy through close
- Own client relationships and deliver high-quality advisory services
- Manage deal teams, oversee financial analyses, and provide strategic direction
- Contribute to business development and firm growth
What You'll Bring
- 5 years in investment banking, M&A advisory, transaction advisory, or corporate finance
- Proven track record managing complex engagements and delivering results
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Series 79 or 82 license (preferred)
- Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills
