Required Skills & Experience:
- 5 years of experience as a CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) Superintendent
- Field Superintendent or Area Superintendent experience
- Semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or high-tech construction experience
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Experience with structural buildings, steel, and concrete scopes
- Civil and dirt work experience
- Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, and project milestones
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Cleanroom construction experience
Job Description:
We are seeking experienced CSA Field Superintendents to support the construction of a large semiconductor fabrication facility in Boise, Idaho. This position will oversee specific project areas and collaborate closely with project engineers, field teams, and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution, schedule adherence, and milestone completion.
Responsibilities include managing civil, structural, steel, and concrete construction activities while maintaining safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate comes from a hands-on construction background and is comfortable taking ownership of project execution rather than primarily delegating work. Experience supporting large-scale high-tech or advanced manufacturing construction projects is highly preferred.
Total Compensation:
$171k - $425k annually (base hourly / OT / per diem)
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Salary : $171,000 - $425,000
