A large and growing company in Waco, TX is seeking a Lead Aircraft Structural Integrity Project Engineer to provide technical and program leadership for aircraft integrity initiatives supporting military aircraft platforms. This individual will serve as an IPT Lead responsible for coordinating engineering activities, managing cost and schedule performance, leading customer engagements, and overseeing the collection, analysis, and communication of aircraft structural integrity data. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in aircraft structures, damage tolerance, fatigue analysis, and loads and dynamics while also demonstrating proven project engineering and cross-functional leadership experience.
Salary : $190,000 - $200,000
