Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
• 2 years of hands‑on experience supporting semiconductor capital equipment, with preference for CVD or ALD deposition tools
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems
• Experience with vacuum assembly and leak testing
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to wear and operate SCBA or respirator equipment
• Willingness to participate in an on‑call rotation, including weekday evenings and weekends, days or nights
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30 percent
What You’ll Do
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and cleaning of ALD deposition equipment
• Execute system upgrades and retrofits
• Maintain and troubleshoot facilities support equipment including pumps, chillers, gas cabinets, and abatement systems
• Perform gas cylinder and liquid precursor canister changeouts
• Create and maintain tool maintenance procedures, checklists, and work instructions
• Participate in design reviews before and after builds
• Monitor system and facility parameters, identifying performance issues and recommending improvements
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems down to the component level
• Interpret gas schematics, BOMs, manuals, and ECNs
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Software, QA, and Materials teams
• Support pre‑installation, installation, and startup of ALD tools
• Perform Final Assembly and Test activities
• Support PLC and robotics programming activities
• Contribute to New Product Introductions and tool transfers, including providing technical training

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
