OVERVIEW
A global Casino & Hospitality Operator headquartered in Las Vegas is seeking a seasoned IT PMO Project Manager to support several concurrent, high‑visibility enterprise initiatives across business operations and IT. This role will lead delivery of 3–4 parallel project workstreams, many of which are front‑of‑the‑house and property‑based, supporting both operational and technology teams across multiple locations.
The ideal candidate brings a true IT PMO background, exceptional soft skills, and experience operating in large, complex enterprise environments. This role requires someone who can operate strategically while remaining deeply hands‑on, drive clarity across cross‑functional teams, and confidently engage senior stakeholders while managing multiple initiatives at once.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DAY-TO-DAY
Project & Program Management
- Lead 3–4 concurrent enterprise initiatives using waterfall methodology
- Own project timelines, scope, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones
- Drive execution across multiple small‑to‑mid‑sized SOWs simultaneously
- Translate business needs into clear, executable project plans
- Maintain visibility and momentum across overlapping priorities
Enterprise & Operational Delivery
- Support front‑of‑the‑house and operational initiatives involving both business and IT teams
- Oversee execution of internal project backlogs and newly approved initiatives
- Partner closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and property leadership
- Ensure alignment across enterprise standards while supporting property‑level needs
Vendor Management & Accountability
- Manage and hold external vendors accountable to timelines and deliverables
- Serve as the central point of coordination between internal teams and third‑party partners
- Navigate vendor dependencies within a structured PMO environment
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Facilitate collaboration across IT, operations, vendors, and senior leadership
- Communicate clearly and diplomatically across competing priorities
- Present clear, concise status updates to executives and key stakeholders
- Build strong working relationships with leadership, including highly visible business partners
MUST HAVES
- Proven IT PMO Project Manager experience
- Experience operating within structured PMO governance models
- Background working in large enterprise environments
- Strong waterfall delivery experience
- Experience managing multiple enterprise‑level initiatives concurrently
- Ability to manage 3-4 active project workstreams across business and IT
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable in high‑pressure, high‑visibility environments
- Confident, polished presence with the ability to influence at all levels
- Willingness to work onsite four days per week and travel to properties as needed
- Willingness to travel, including occasional travel to Boston
