Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an IT Systems Analyst focused on application support, with primary responsibility for the Workday ERP system. This role will support business users by troubleshooting application issues, monitoring interfaces, working with vendors on system-related items, and managing incidents through ServiceNow.
In addition to Workday, this role will also provide application support for several critical enterprise systems, including Konami Gaming, Agilysys LMS (Property Management System), and Agilysys InfoGenesis (POS). The position is highly support-oriented rather than project-based or development-focused.
- 3-month contract
- Onsite at the Stratosphere in Las Vegas, NV
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day application support for Workday ERP
- Monitor and troubleshoot system interfaces
- Open, track, and close incidents and requests in ServiceNow
- Assist end users with system access, functionality questions, and issue resolution
Requirements
- Hands-on experience supporting Workday in an application support or systems analyst capacity
- Experience using ServiceNow for ticket management and issue tracking
- Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort working with vendors
- Experience supporting production applications in a live environment
- Support additional applications:
- Konami Gaming System
- Agilysys LMS (Property Management System)
- Agilysys InfoGenesis POS
Nice to Haves
- Experience in gaming, hospitality, or casino environments
- Exposure to integrations or interface monitoring
- Familiarity supporting multiple enterprise applications simultaneously
