- Compensation range target: $35-$45/hr - Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- Journeyman Electrical Certification.
- 6 years of related industrial experience (Level 3)
- 10 years of related industrial experience (Level 4), Journeyman Electrical Certification is required for Level 4.
- Ability to independently perform duties and troubleshoot complex problems.
- Expertise in electrical and electromechanical theory, thermal energy principles, and mechanical maintenance techniques.
Preferred:
- Trade/Technical School certification or Military equivalent.
- Experience in automation systems: PLCs, ISA-95 level 1, 2, and 3 system troubleshooting.
Position Summary
The Technician ensures compliant, accurate, and timely completion of preventive, corrective, emergency maintenance and project support for Johnson & Johnson’s Malvern pharmaceutical manufacturing and R&D lab operations, utilities, and facilities equipment. Responsibilities include executing predictive, corrective, and preventive maintenance on all electrical and control equipment and systems. All work must be completed safely, cost-effectively, and in compliance with Company Policies, EHS guidelines, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on GMP and non-GMP electrical devices, circuits, panels, breakers, switchgear, and emergency generators in manufacturing and R&D environments.
- Provide secondary support as an Instrumentation Technician: calibrate and repair instrumentation used in manufacturing and R&D lab systems; maintain calibration standards.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, instruments, and instrumentation systems as assigned.
- Maintain working knowledge of equipment including, but not limited to, PLC control systems and HMIs.
- Identifies gaps in processes and recommends improvements.
- Retrieves and analyzes data from control systems.
- May lead small departmental projects and serve as subject matter expert.
- May assist in training other associates.
